BUILDING BETTER HUMANS

We are not like other gyms. We have no machines. We have no mirrors. You are the machine, and your body is the most sophisticated locomotive device ever invented. We train people to make the most of the body they were born with, to be the best they can be. We believe that living healthy and living well is only possible with fitness. Being fit means being able to do more, it means simply to be a better human.

We train preschoolers, granddads, professional athletes, lifeguards and triathletes, housewives and desk jockeys. We believe that fitness is achievable for all. Our coaching, programming and all services are based on this belief: that fitness should be broad, general, inclusive and fun.

Whatever your goals, we have membership packages to suit you. You can train Pay-As-You-Go, or pay for an Unlimited membership which includes Open Gym access. 

WE ARE TRIBAL

Unit6 is the home of Tribal Clash, Europe’s biggest team fitness event and now a global competition series. Team training is at the heart of what we do. Unit6 is both the HQ of Tribal Clash, and also a test lab for Tribal Clash programming. Our community participates in many forms, whether it is as competitors, or as volunteer staff. 

CLASS SCHEDULE

Our sessions are led by experienced and qualified coaches, who will be able to scale and adapt each workout to suit your ability and fitness level.

GROUP FITNESS

Monday – Friday 6pm

Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 9.30am

OPEN GYM

With Unlimited membership, you can access the gym during Open Gym hours and either catch up with a workout you missed earlier in the week, do some dedicated strength work, or practice a skill.
